Returns

We want you to love your Goselly experience, so if you are not completely satisfied, undamaged, unused products contained in its original packaging can be returned.

Please note that only items purchased on www.goselly.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Goselly product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

To return a product, please send an email with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return to webmaster@goselly.com within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide a return note and mailing information via email. Please print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and Goselly, Inc. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds

Returns must be received at our warehouse in order to receive a refund. Once received, you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds can takeΒ 7-10 business days for processing to appear in your card account depending on your card issuer’s processing times.Β All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.Β
