Never got it

I placed my order on August 29 and got a email on September 3 saying the label was created and it would be shipped out soon. I trusted that things would work out even if the tracking didn’t work. I never got my package and never heard back from the seller when I asked about it. The tracking still hasn’t worked and only says that the label has been created
