1. It has a very high viscosity formulation because of its highly concentrated nutritional content.
2. If you use it for the first time, it might not come out well, so squeeze the tube from the back.
3. Put a small amount on your finger (Very small is enough)
4. Apply it gently to areas where you feel uncomfortable.
