1. Place the mask over the entire face while avoiding the eye and lip area
2. After putting it on, remove the blue sheet from the mask.
* Do not remove the blue sheet before placing it on your face, it prevents the sheet from sticking to each other.
3. After 10 to 20 minutes, take off the sheet mask and lightly pat the remaining essence on the skin for it to be absorbed.
